Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile info from Google.
• Content you create — story ideas, prompts, genres, tones, generated stories, chapter books, and scripts saved to your account.
• Subscription and credit data — your plan, credit balance, credit usage history, and purchase records. Payments are processed by Stripe (web) and Google Play Billing (Android); we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support and requests — messages you send us, including account deletion requests.
• Essential technical data — session and cookie-consent data stored in your browser, and standard server logs generated when you use the service.

• To generate stories, chapters, and scripts you request.
• To save your work to your private library and vault.
• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To process subscriptions, credits, and purchases.
• To review content you voluntarily submit to the public library.
• To prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.
• To send essential service messages about your account or billing.

We share only what is needed for these providers to operate the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage for your account and saved content.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models) — processes your prompts to generate stories, chapters, and scripts.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management on the web.
• Google Play Billing — purchases made inside the Android app.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the application.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

When you generate content, your prompt and the relevant context from your story (such as previous chapters or a story outline) are sent to our AI provider to produce the result. Generated output is returned to you and saved to your account. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts.

Stories generated on the free tier may be displayed publicly and are owned by LucidLuma. Content generated on paid tiers is owned by you and stays private unless you choose to submit it to the public library. Submissions to the public library are reviewed before they appear.

We use only essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, session management, cookie-consent preferences, and remembering in-progress work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

We keep your account and content while your account is active. When you delete your account or your deletion request is completed, your account and associated personal data are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment records).

• Access, correct, or export a copy of your data.
• Delete individual stories, chapters, and scripts at any time in your library.
• Request full account deletion from your account area or by emailing support@lucidluma.app.
• Withdraw a public library submission.

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. Contact support@lucidluma.app and we will respond within the time required by law.

You can request deletion of your LucidLuma account and its associated personal data from the Account section of your dashboard, or by emailing support@lucidluma.app from the address on your account. Deletion is permanent: your saved stories, chapter books, scripts, and credits cannot be recovered.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules so you can only reach your own data, and server-side verification of payments and entitlements. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

LucidLuma is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Bedtime-story features are intended to be used by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@lucidluma.app and we will delete it.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
