Delete Your LucidLuma Account
You can use this page to request deletion of your LucidLuma account and associated personal data. You do not need to sign in.
What happens when your request is processed
- Your LucidLuma account is deleted.
- Personal information associated with the account — such as your email address, display name, and profile data — is deleted.
- User-created content, including stories, chapter books, and scripts saved to your account, is deleted where applicable.
Privacy and data retention
When your account deletion is completed, LucidLuma will delete or de-identify personal information and account-associated content that is eligible for deletion. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, for legitimate security purposes, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain necessary transaction/accounting records.
Subscriptions
Deleting your LucidLuma account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or another app store. Manage or cancel store subscriptions through the applicable billing platform. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes.
